Message	Hi I figured I would make a post to see if anyone has any insite on a 98+ spec transmission or heard anything about them. I’m in the market for a new transmission and was looking to buy a 98+ spec but have seen some mixed reviews about them breaking fast etc... So the question is it worth it to buy a 98+ spec transmission or is it going to give me problems or should I have a rebuild done. I don’t really want to have a rebuild done because I had one and it did not come out well from the horrible shop it was done at. Just to make it clear I do not want a automatic as of now and I don’t want the HKS box etc I just want a manual transmission that wont give me any problems and can take a bit of a beating every now and then and no grinding.
